About 100procent

100procent is a young but highly experienced email marketing company that has quickly built a remarkably respectable client list, including ABN Amro, Odido, Interpolis, Carglass, Hans Anders, UNICEF, and many others. We are a close-knit team of about 50 colleagues. We all gather at the office every Friday for team sessions, knowledge sharing, a well-catered lunch, and we wrap up the week with a Friday afternoon happy hour.

100procent’s approach is a bit different from many other agencies. We operate without project or account managers, and the marketing automation specialist is the primary contact for clients. As a campaign developer, you are involved in projects from the beginning. Together, we surprise the client and ensure maximum results. Campaign Developer at 100procent

As a campaign developer, you’ll have plenty of freedom and responsibility to technically realize the campaigns we create, advising marketing automation specialists on techniques like database structures and campaign possibilities. You’ll independently execute and optimize email campaigns for our clients. Every day is different — from conceptualizing and developing campaigns to accompanying specialists to client meetings for advice. At 100procent, you’ll experience variety in client types and markets.

What we’re looking for in a colleague:

• Analytical skills and thinking from the possibilities that customer data offers.
• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
• Independent, flexible, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A natural drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Several years of work experience.
• Experience with one or more email software platforms: Selligent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Deployteq, or similar systems.
• Strong in data management and creating personalized segments.
• Proven experience translating business needs into technical solutions in campaign software.
