What data do we process and why?
We record your data, such as name, e-mail address, company name and telephone number in a database. Your data will be used to fulfill the legal obligations of the agreements made with you or on the basis of given permission to process your data.
What rights do you have to your data?
You are always entitled to request, check, review, change or delete your data from us. You can do this by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself when doing so. We will process your request to the extent possible, however, we may need to retain certain information to comply with laws and regulations and for administrative purposes. If we cannot work it out together, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. After this we remove these data. Sometimes we still need certain data longer for another purpose. If that is the case, we have a basis for doing so and will ensure that this data is only accessible for that purpose. After that, we will of course delete your data.
