Senior Marketing Automation Specialist at 100procent

As a senior marketing automation specialist, you’ll take on a versatile and responsible role.

What will you be doing?

• Set up and execute campaigns for various clients, ensuring optimal implementation of planned activities.
• Optimize campaigns through data analysis and by applying improvements to boost performance.
• Maintain client contact and achieve shared goals, actively advising and supporting the client.
• Contribute creatively to strategies and campaigns, bringing innovative ideas to surprise and engage clients.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring project goals are met on time and with the right quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve joint campaigns and brainstorm new ideas.
• Provide reporting and feedback to clients on campaign progress and results.

What we’re looking for in a colleague

• At least four years of experience with marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Bloomreach, Adobe Digital, Blueconic, or other comparable tools.
• A client-focused attitude and the drive to deliver the best results.
• A high level of independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A mix of data-driven insight and creativity to come up with high-converting campaigns and content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Proactive, full of initiative, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A drive to keep learning and to grow both individually and as a team.
• Experience with design and/or knowledge of HTML is a nice bonus.
