We are a close-knit team of about 50 colleagues. 100procent’s approach is a bit different. We operate without project or account managers; as a marketing automation specialist, you are the first point of contact for clients. You are not alone; you can rely on an expert studio with creative and technical colleagues.
Marketing Automation Specialist at 100procent
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will have significant responsibility. You independently execute e-campaigns for our clients and optimize them. You maintain contact, ensure the completion of plans, inspire where possible, and, of course, achieve the goals formulated with the client. Meanwhile, you can collaborate with all your colleagues on how to continue surprising your clients.

No worries, even if you’ve just completed your studies or are at the beginning of your career as a Marketing Automation Specialist, we would like to meet you. Do you have more than six years of experience in email marketing and are you ready for the next step? We are always looking for Senior Marketing Automation Specialists too.
What we’re looking for in a colleague:
- Minimum of four years of experience with one or more marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marigold, Deployteq, Marketo, or other similar systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Independent, flexible, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Both data-driven and creative in devising well-converting campaigns and content.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and shows initiative.
- Flexible and capable of handling various tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and precision.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve yourself and colleagues.
- Additionally, design experience and/or knowledge of HTML would be a plus.
