100procent is a young but highly experienced marketing automation agency that has quickly built a remarkably respectable client list, including ABN Amro, Odido, Just Eat Take Away, Carglass, NRC, Robeco, and many others. We are a close-knit team of about 40 colleagues located in the heart of Rotterdam, next to the central station. Every Friday, we all gather at the office for team sessions, knowledge sharing, a well-catered lunch, and we wrap up the week with a Friday afternoon happy hour.
Office Manager at 100procent
To expand our back-office team, we are looking for an Office Manager who also keeps the project administration up to date. You are jointly responsible for the accurate execution of administrative processes and support your colleagues in the areas of HR, Finance, and Operations. Additionally, you are the heart of our organization, ensuring that the office feels like a second home for all our colleagues.
The Office Manager, along with 2 colleagues from HR and Finance, forms the back-office team. It’s a challenging role in a growing company, so there’s a lot to do due to the expansion!
Responsibilities:
- HR contract and financial administration
- Support operations in planning and project management
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support the marketing department
- Keep the office organized, manage supplies, make purchases, take care of Friday lunch/borrel, and organize other (relationship) events at the office
- (Co)organize team outings, year-end gifts, and handle gift arrangements
What we’re looking for in a colleague:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in (financial) administration
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Flexible and capable of handling various tasks in a day
- Strong organizational skills and precision
- Available for 16-24 hours per week, specifically on Mondays and Fridays. Other days negotiable, and half-days are discussable.
- Residing in the Rotterdam area
